This page provides a variety of digital platforms and tools to gather public opinions, receive feedback, submit petitions, and participate in co-creation and innovation initiatives. These channels empower citizens, residents, and stakeholders to contribute to government decision-making and drive innovation. This participatory approach supports the principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusive development, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The Electronic Participation Platform (Tafaul), developed by the Digital Government Authority, aims to:

Enable beneficiaries to contribute to decision-making processes
It includes four types of activities: hackathons and challenges, workshops and camps, initiatives, and idea and innovation labs.
It allows individuals to add ideas that contribute to the design and development of services to suit their needs.
Empowering citizens, residents, and businesspeople to contribute ideas, propose improvements, and influence agreement priorities at both the national and local levels.
Public opinion survey and views on policies, regulations, and public services
Enabling citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to submit their proposals and ideas for amending existing regulations, proposing new regulations, addressing legislative gaps, or offering valuable insights in other areas to the Saudi Shura Council.
A tool to amplify the citizen's voice, through dedicated channels enabling citizens to report problems, submit complaints, and share their perspectives. All input is handled with the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.
